Although spelt as Aisling, it’s pronounced as ASH-ling.
It is an Irish name that means ‘Dream’. Our logo combines the infinity symbol ∞ to describe our aspiration towards a ‘limitless dream’.
So why Irish?
This story is worth a coffee on us!
MEET THE TEAM

Melissa Norman
Founder & Director of Aisling Group
I started Aisling because recruitment could be more than just matching resumes to jobs. It could shape businesses, transform lives, and create real opportunities for people to grow.
With nearly 30 years of experience in the talent industry at a global MNC across Singapore, India, Malaysia, and Ireland. That journey has shaped how I lead and work with people. I'm also a certified trainer, an EQ-i Certified Practitioner, a REACH Certified Coach, and a recipient of the Asia Pacific Enterprise Award (APEA), a recognition I'm genuinely proud of.
But beyond the accolades, I believe in honest conversations, building trust, and creating workplaces where people genuinely want to be present. Today, Aisling is more than a recruitment firm. We offer executive search, gig workforce solutions, and talent development. At its core, we're here to help people and businesses grow together.
One thing I hold dear is our collaboration with Foresight, a school that assists children who missed traditional education. This experience reinforces my understanding of our purpose and demonstrates how, when approached correctly, a business can serve as a powerful force for good.
